Q: I am a bookseller and want to order books for my store.
How do I order your books?
A: You may phone or fax in an order, order online from
this website, or mail in your order.
For phoning, faxing, or mailing, you may
print out a blank order
form from this website and fill it out by hand. Alternatively,
you may fill out the order form
online
and print it out.

To order online, login to your account, fill out the
order form, print
your statement, and submit your order. An email will
be generated and sent to us. We will then contact you
to verify the order, and collect other information such
as PO#'s or credit card numbers.
Q: Is online ordering secure?
A: We do not have a secure server at this time. That is
the reason we do not request sensitive information, such as credit
card numbers, for online ordering. That information is gathered
when we verify your order.
Q: Is there a minimum size for an order?
A: Any size order is accepted. However, the discount rate is based on
the size of the order. Books published by Iron Mountain Press are priced
according to Discount Schecule A. Books
published by John M. Hardy Publishing are priced according to
Discount Schedule B.
Q: Who is John M. Hardy Publishing Company?
A: We are an imprint company of John M. Hardy Publishing
Company. John M. Hardy Publishing Company was recently formed to publish
general interest books for distribution on a national scale. Their first such
effort is Robert James Waller's A Thousand Country Roads, an Epilogue to
The Bridges of Madison County. They will soon be adding new titles in general
fiction, mystery, and history.
Q: What is a bookseller account?
A: A bookseller account is simply a means of providing you,
a bookseller, the convenience of online ordering. The account stores
your contact, shipping, and billing information so that you don't
have to provide it each time you order. This information is not
sold or shared with anyone outside of this company. It is simply
used to fill your orders. (See
privacy
policy.) You must have a bookseller account to order online. You
do not, however, need an account to order by phone, fax, or mail.
Q: I'm not a bookseller. How can I order books?
A: To order books as an individual, just click on the Order Form link, then
create an account and you will be able to order from Iron Mountain Press on-line.
Q: How can I apply for a job at Iron Mountain Press?
A: We have no openings available at this time.
Q: How can I contact an author/illustrator of one of your books?

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: Your order will be filled the day it is received and
shipped the following day by UPS or USPS media mail. You should receive
your order within 7 business days. Other shipping arrangements can be made
but may result in higher shipping costs to you.
